This service involves organising outdoor activities, such as nature walks, wellness retreats, or other outdoor excursions. The goal is to encourage individuals to connect with nature, recognising the positive impact it can have on both mental and physical health. Nature has been associated with stress reduction, improved mood, increased creativity, and enhanced overall well-being. By facilitating these outdoor experiences, participants can enjoy the revitalising effects of nature, fostering a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether it's a guided nature walk, a team-building retreat, or an outdoor mindfulness session, this service aims to integrate the healing power of nature into the well-being programs for a holistic and refreshing approach.

2 - 3 Outdoor Sessions a Month

We'll integrate 2-3 outdoor sessions each month, adapting to your schedule. These sessions encompass group nature walks, outdoor physical activities, and team-building exercises. Our objective is to embrace the outdoors, allowing you to relish the fresh air and spend quality time in nature, even if it's just an hour per week.

Weekly Outdoor Goals

Weekly, we'll establish a goal for employees, encouraging their participation in an outdoor event with themselves, family, or friends outside of work. They'll document these experiences with uploaded pictures, and at week's end, we'll compile a presentation showcasing everyone's achievements for the entire staff to appreciate.

Christmas Snow

Daily Forecast 

All employees will be added to a channel where they'll receive a "daily forecast" featuring the day's weather, along with interesting facts, motivational, or inspiring words to uplift and guide them through the day.
