Music Mindfullness

Within our music mindfulness service, we will offer one a week online class where we go through a range of relaxation sessions, and once a month in person. This can range from yoga, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, gratitude sessions, deep breathing sessions and face-to-face sessions could include, mindful nature walking, yoga, gratitude sessions etc. Devoting one hour a week to mindfulness can significantly enhance employees' well-being and, by extension, positively impact a business. Regular mindfulness practices contribute to stress reduction, improved focus, and heightened emotional well-being among employees. As a result, the workplace environment becomes more conducive to productivity and collaboration. By creating a culture of mindfulness, businesses can witness benefits such as reduced absenteeism, enhanced creativity, and improved decision-making.
